Our reward and benefits are designed to create an environment where our people can flourish. 

 

We aim to offer a diverse reward package to suit colleagues of all perspectives. In addition to offering both a competitive contributory pension and annual bonus scheme, we offer both core and a flexible benefits platform.

Core benefits include life assurance and income protection cover, offered to you upon commencing employment with us. Our flexible benefits package allows you to choose from a suite of options, with all colleagues having a 10% flexible benefits fund (capped at 15k). 

To support your wellbeing we operate a hybrid working approach giving all the opportunity to work flexibly. As part of our flexible working approach, we promote both part-time working and job-sharing opportunities across the Bank at all grades. We also offer a range of leave options to allow you to manage your work-life balance.
